At Welcome Home Haiti, discipleship is more than a routine of daily devotions and weekly Bible studies—it’s about "doing life together." We walk alongside our employees, sharing Christ’s love in every aspect of their lives.
Our mission is to raise up Godly men and women who reflect Christ in their homes, churches, and communities. Through intentional mentorship, we help our employees grow spiritually, emotionally, and practically, becoming stronger fathers, mothers, husbands, wives, and leaders.
Living Out Discipleship
Our approach to discipleship is deeply personal, meeting our employees where they are and guiding them as much as they desire. We mentor and offer guidance in areas such as:
- Parenting and marriage
- Financial planning and stewardship
- Education and career growth
- Biblical principles for discipline and relationships
- Sex education and healthy family dynamics
By investing in the spiritual and practical growth of our employees, we believe we’re creating ripples of change that extend far beyond the workplace.
Servant Leadership in Action
Our discipleship doesn’t stop at the individual level. We actively encourage our employees to give back to their community. Through monthly service projects, they become servant leaders, embodying Christ’s call to love and serve others
