Our Mission
At Welcome Home Haiti, we are driven to bring physical, financial, and spiritual security to Haitian families through Christ-centered love and service.
Our mission can be summed up in three key areas:

Building Houses
Providing safe, secure, and sanitary housing for families most in need, partnering with donors, the local church, and Haitian contractors. -
Creating Jobs
Offering consistent and meaningful employment to over 100 Haitian men and women, providing financial stability for their families. -
Making Disciples
Mentoring Haitian men to grow as Godly husbands, fathers, church leaders, and employees, reflecting Christ’s love in their homes and communities.

We believe that everyone deserves a livable home, and our mission is to help make that a reality. Each home we build provides more than shelter—it creates a foundation for stability, dignity, and hope.
Through this process, we provide meaningful jobs for over 100 employees who are the heartbeat of our ministry. Every workday begins with devotion, and weekly Bible studies offer opportunities for spiritual growth. Monthly service projects allow our team to serve others, sharing God’s love beyond the workplace.
